As the founder of The CareBox Network, my heart is heavy as I reflect on the devastation caused by the Los Angeles wildfires. The loss has been immense—homes, memories, and, heartbreakingly, lives. Among those most affected are the elderly and disabled, who face unique challenges in emergencies like this. Some have lost their lives, unable to escape the fast-moving flames, while others have been displaced, left vulnerable and in urgent need of care.

That’s why we’re delivering essential supplies, including adult diapers, hygiene products, and mobility aids, to shelters housing elderly and disabled evacuees. These are often the forgotten victims in disaster relief efforts, but not on our watch.
